Brief description :
The software allows for rapid PWI analysis yielding CBF, CBV, MTT and flow heterogeneity maps. The interface is optimized for easy and reliable AIF selection. The user can compare AIFs between hemisperes or any other segments of the brain by simultaneous display of several AIFs. The interface features automatic AIF selection in-slice or in-ROI facilitating the selection process. Choice of multiple deconvolution algorithms as well as flow heteogeneity maps are provided.
