CYANA 2 - System requirements for CYANA 2.1

  • CYANA 2.1 has been tested on the following Linux/Unix systems:
    • Linux Redhat 9 (Intel 8.1 Fortran compiler)
    • Compaq Alpha
    • IBM AIX
    • Silicon Graphics IRIX
    • Mac OS X
    • Windows XP using Cygwin and the g95 Fortran compiler
  • Binaries are available for the following Linux/Unix systems:
    Binaries are unsupported. In case of problems, the program must be compiled from source.
    • Linux (Redhat 9/Fedora Core 4)
    • Compaq Alpha
    • IBM AIX
    • Silicon Graphics IRIX
  • 256 MBytes memory
  • 25 MBytes free disk space
  • For compilation: Fortran 90 compiler
  • For parallel calculations on distributed-memory systems: MPI (e.g. LAM/MPI)
