CYANA 2 - Known problems

This is an (incomplete) list of the known problems for CYANA 2.

  • Documentation: The manual is not ready yet. On-line help is not up-to-date. Both are planned to become available shortly. The CYANA 2 package includes, however, a significantly expanded collection of example files and demos.
  • Residual dipolar couplings: The implementation of residual dipolar coupling restraints is not up-to-date. A completely new implementation using orientation-independent restraints will be included in the next major release of Cyana.
